As a self confessed science nerd who is also deeply mythic and poetic, Aurora offers soulful and grounded support that calls on a wide range of tried and tested sexual and pelvic healing methodologies, and scientific sexual and pelvic health education. My Soul Calling…
On my own sexual and pelvic healing journey, I witnessed first-hand how mainstream pelvic health care is not set up for us, how there is incredibly little genuine whole-person support, with a woeful lack of trauma-informed sexual and pelvic health care, that unfortunately often ends up re-traumatising individuals with either clinical interventions or dismissive attitudes to your pain. Little did I know that this frustration, and quite frankly devastation, would lead to my soul calling and life’s work!
Precious Wisdom
I have spent many years training in a wide range of holistic modalities in Somatic Sexology, Holistic Pelvic Care, Fertility and Reproductive Health and Bodywork Therapies. I offer online and in-person transformational work.
I believe that we have an innate capacity to heal, and that resolved trauma can truly be a genuine gift. In healing trauma, a transformation takes place, where our wounds of grief, unbelonging, and disconnection are alchemised, and have the potential to become glistening jewels for our deepest and most precious wisdom.

A Note On Bodywork Therapies…
As a bodyworker, I have come to understand that in order to genuinely heal and transform our relationships to our bodies, sexuality and pelvic health, we must find ways to turn towards ourselves, and to come home to the wisdom songs of our bodies. Our pelvis can often be experienced as our ‘centre of gravity’.
We experience our sexuality, our cyclical nature, from our pelvis. We experience rights of passage and transitions from deep within the well of our pelvis. It is the space from which life-projects, dreams, authentic leadership, and sacred lineage medicine can live. But it is also more often a space of deep wounding, a place where we have stored our sexual trauma, shame, anger, lack of self-worth, contracting and constricting over and over again, until patterns of shame and doubt have become a habitual repetition that keeps us stuck and misshapen, separated from our artful pelvic presence.
This is why I deeply believe that healing sexual trauma and subsequent pelvic pain truly requires a somatic, holistic, whole-body-whole person approach.
